Privacy policy

Contact form

When you use the contact form, the following data is collected: name, email address and the content of your message.

• Purpose: answering your request and following up on our exchanges.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Recipient: Guillaume de Vreese only. No data is shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.
• Retention period: 12 months after our last exchange, then deletion.
• Hosting: data is stored within the European Union, with OVH (Roubaix, France). No transfer outside the EU.

Audience measurement

This site uses no third-party tracking tool. Traffic is measured from the server logs (pages visited, date, referring site), processed as aggregated, anonymous statistics. These logs, which contain IP addresses, are kept for a maximum of 12 months for security purposes, in accordance with legal obligations.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookie. Only a session cookie strictly necessary for the contact form to work (anti-forgery protection) may be set; it is exempt from consent and disappears when you close your browser. Fonts are hosted on this server: no resource is loaded from third-party services.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@cache-rebuild.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
